We operate on the principle that participants that paid come first on the list. We have been fully booked since the announcement in January, and there is a waiting list. If you wish to be added to that list, you are still required to pay the registration fee.
As stated on the event page:
We have a limited number of spots. Your seat is secured once you have paid – and you have received your confirmation. Cancellations will be refunded up till September 15, 2026. If you do not make the attendace list, you will also receive your full refund.
